1. 100% Client-Side Auditing

Skilledge operates as a client-side utility. All data fetching, grading calculations, and cache management occur directly inside your browser. We do not operate databases or backend application servers that log your queries, GitHub profiles, repository data, or Personal Access Tokens (PAT).

2. GitHub Personal Access Tokens (PAT)

If you enter a Personal Access Token (PAT) to bypass API rate limits, it is saved solely inside your browser's local storage (localStorage). The token is sent directly to the official GitHub API endpoints. It is never uploaded to, shared with, or processed by Skilledge or any third parties.

3. Third-Party Services (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements on our website. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or by using third-party cookie blocking extensions.
